Having seen what becomes possible when sales and delivery operate as one, they wanted to help other agencies get there too. Today they work with digital agency leaders who are worn down by friction, rework, and near-misses. They bring the practical frameworks and hard-earned alignment that changed how their own teams operated, because growth doesn't come from louder marketing or longer hours. With 18 years’ experience in project management and organization excellence, Mike brings a nuanced understanding of project management methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement.
When he isn’t spearheading transformational change for each of his clients, you’ll find Mike living his best life playing farmer and spending time with his wife, six goats, eight chickens, two dogs, and four cats on a hobby farm in southern Minnesota.
With almost a decade of sales experience, Dalyn thrives to continue her craft and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns sales efforts to achieve growth targets.
Her passion is her ability to not only generate net new business but also mentor and lead sales teams to achieve and exceed their expectations. She has worked with hundreds of brands globally to provide an approach that combines agility, adaptability with a startup mentality, and a hands-on approach to tackling challenges.
